The Behavioral Growth Audit
Find out why people aren’t buying.
From the first click to the closed sale, we find where your leads stall, why, and what to fix first. Then, if you want, we fix it.
Paid traffic can’t be traced
No GA4 tag or ad pixel detected. Ad spend is running without attribution.
Quote form fails
A test submission returned an error. Inbound requests are going nowhere.
Three choices, no default
The homepage asks visitors to pick between three paths above the fold. Most pick none.
Proof arrives too late
Customer reviews appear only after pricing, when the doubt has already set in.

The free Buyer Snapshot
Two business days. Four answers you didn’t have.
Send us your website. We read it the way a first-time buyer does, then test what they can’t see.

Is anything being measured?
We check for analytics, ad pixels and CRM capture. Spend without tracking is the most expensive leak there is.
Do the forms work, and does anyone reply?
We submit yours and time the answer. A surprising number fail quietly, and some never get a reply at all.
Is the next step obvious?
Every extra decision costs buyers. We count the choices you ask them to make before they act.
Is the proof where doubt lives?
Reviews and results only work if buyers see them at the moment they hesitate.
When growth slows, most companies spend more. The leak is usually smaller and stranger than that.
A form that doesn’t send. A call nobody picks up. A lead that waits two days for a reply. A pixel nobody installed. More budget pours straight through it.
Who it’s for
Built for businesses that pay for every lead.
Leads cost more every year. The ones you lose after the click cost the most, because you already paid for them.
Home service contractors
You pay about $128 a lead.
HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing and remodeling. We find how many of those leads never got a call back, and why.
HVAC and plumbing cost per lead, LocaliQ 2025 home services benchmarks.
Law firms
Most firms miss the first call.
In one industry study, only 40% of firms answered the phone and 33% replied to email. We make sure yours isn’t in the other 60%.
Clio 2024 Legal Trends Report, secret-shopper study of 500 firms.
Med spas and aesthetic practices
The inbox fills. The book doesn’t.
Your ads bring inquiries. We find out why consults don’t turn into treatment plans.
Health care businesses miss about 32% of calls, CallRail 2025 benchmark.
Also: dental practices, B2B services, SaaS and advisory firms. If your leads start online or on the phone, the audit applies.
The full audit
From click to closed. One question: what stops a buyer from saying yes?
Behavioral science
How your buyers actually decide.
People don’t read your site and weigh the facts. They skim, hesitate and take shortcuts. We find the moments where your pages fight those shortcuts instead of working with them.
Measurement
Whether analytics, pixels and CRM capture what really happens.
Messaging
Whether a stranger gets what you sell, and why it’s for them, in five seconds.
Channels
Which sources bring buyers, and which bring browsers you pay for.
Phone and follow-up
Who answers, how fast leads hear back, and what falls through after hours.
CRM and sales
Where leads sit, who owns them, and the work done by hand that should run on its own.
Recent findings
The leak is rarely where the client thinks it is.

Questions.
What is the Buyer Snapshot?
A free, outside-in read of your website from a first-time buyer’s point of view. It answers four questions: is anything being measured, do the forms work and how fast does anyone reply, is the next step obvious, and is the proof where doubt lives. You get a Buyer Friction Score and the fixes in order, by email within two business days.
What is a Buyer Friction Score?
A score from 0 to 100 for how much your site gets in a buyer’s way. It adds up what we find in measurement, forms, the next step, proof and messaging. Lower is better: 0 to 30 is low friction, 61 and up is high.
How much does the audit cost, and how long does it take?
$2,500, fixed. Half to start, half on delivery. It takes about three weeks and about three hours of your time. If you hire us to fix anything within 30 days, the full fee is credited.
Who is the audit for?
Businesses that pay for leads and lose some of them after the click: home service contractors, law firms, med spas and aesthetic practices, dental practices, B2B services and SaaS. If your leads start online or on the phone, it applies.
Will the audit pay for itself?
That is how it is built. Most businesses that buy leads lose some to slow replies, missed calls and forms that break. We show you what those leaks cost in dollars, so you can see the return before you spend anything on fixes.
How is this different from an SEO or website audit?
An SEO audit asks whether people can find you. A website audit stops at the page. This audit follows the lead from the first click to the closed sale: the ad, the page, the form, the phone, the follow-up and the CRM. It finds where buyers stall and why.
Do you fix what you find?
Yes, if you want us to. Tracking repair, follow-up automation, CRM setup, landing pages, or an ongoing retainer. Each is quoted at a fixed price after the audit, and your audit fee is credited if you start within 30 days. The plan is written so your own team can run it either way.
Is this an AI-generated report?
AI tooling does the heavy lifting on data and patterns. A senior strategist reads every finding, cuts what doesn’t hold up, and writes the recommendations. You get judgment, not a printout.
What access do you need for the full audit?
Read-only access to analytics, ad accounts and your CRM, plus call recordings or customer feedback you’re comfortable sharing. We’ll sign an NDA on request.
What if the snapshot finds nothing?
Then you’ll hear exactly that, and you’ll have saved yourself the audit fee.
